Located at Waterpark Lofts on the banks of the Oakland/Alameda Estuary, just next to the Park Street Bridge.

From North/SF:

880 So. to Alameda/San Jose, take exit 39A toward Fruitvale Ave., at bottom of exit ramp take a right onto Derby Ave which will dead-end at Glascock Street, make a right onto Glascock.  Go to end of Glascock where it connects with 29th  and park on street (do not turn onto 29th).  Waterpark Lofts is the small complex of lofts next to the large private parking lot.  Enter through pedestrian gate and walk through breezeway.  #109 is to the right of the wooden stairs.

From South:

880 No.   Take exit 39A for 29th Ave. toward Fruitvale/Patten University.  Turn right on E 9th Street. Take first right onto Del Monte (under overpass) and another right coming out of the overpass onto Elmwood. At the stop sign make a left onto Derby (be careful here as cars will be exiting the freeway).  Derby Ave will dead-end at Glascock Street, make a right onto Glascock.  Go to end of Glascock where it connects with 29th  and park on street (do not turn onto 29th).  Waterpark Lofts is the small complex of lofts next to the large private parking lot.  Enter through pedestrian gate and walk through breezeway.  #109 is to the right of the wooden stairs.
